煤矿建井期风险预控管理信息系统

On the risk precontrol information system of mine construction stage

针对园子沟煤矿目前的建设状况并考虑建成后生产中的安全管理,设计了满足煤矿危险源辨识、隐患风险评估、管理措施实施等要求的风险预控管理信息系统,重点实现了日常隐患的反馈式闭环管理以及部门、施工单位、员工考核的功能。通过系统的实施,促使煤矿的风险管理系统化、规范化,实现了对事故隐患的有效控制,对人员不安全行为的有效管理,提高了安全管理水平。

For the purpose of controlling and eliminating mine hazards and carrying out safety management as the core of the risk precontrol,according to the present situation of safety management in Yuanzigou Mine,the risk precontrol information system which meet the requirements of mine hazard identification and risk assessment was designed. The practice shows that the system can promote the systematization and standardization of mine safety management,achieve effective control of accidents hazards and improve the safety management level.
