坪底水库底孔坝段应力分析

摘要 坪底水库共设2个底孔坝段,单个底孔坝段长14 m,泄流孔洞6 m×6 m,进口设进水塔,出口设弧形工作门,工作状态复杂,针对该坝段的特点建立有限元计算模型,进行受力分析。经计算,该坝段在各种工况下,底孔结构及坝体最大应力均小于该部位混凝土抗拉、压设计值,坝踵无拉应力,坝址压力小于坝基承载力,底孔与横缝之间坝体的应力性态良好,未出现拉应力,底孔未对坝体结构造成不利影响。因此,该底孔坝段结构是安全的,其结构设计可为类似工程提供参考。 There are two bottom outlet dam sections in the Pingdi reservoir. Each of them is 14 metres long. The size of discharge hole is 6 m by 6 m. There are an intake tower in water inlet and a segmental service gate in water outlet.Their working state is complex. FEM model was established for stress analysis aiming at the characteristics of this dam section. Under every working condition, the structure of the bottom hole and the maximum stress of the dam body are both smaller than design tensile strength and design compressive strength, no tensile stress exists in dam heel, dam site pressure is smaller than bearing capacity of the dam foundation, stress condition of dam body between bottom outlet and cross joint is good with no tensile stress, bottom hole has no adverse effects on the dam structure. The results show that the structure of this bottom outlet dam section is safe, and its structural design could provide reference for similar projects.
