摘要
集中关注于山西省小浪底引黄工程隧洞施工中遇到突泥塌方时的一系列施工对策。回填石渣封闭塌方的掌子面然后喷混凝土,利用N51迈式锚杆管棚结合高压劈裂注浆作为预支护来稳固松垮的围岩。在下一轮掘进中,进一步采用工字钢架加钢筋网并喷混凝土和通过导管固结灌浆来保护施工人员和施工设备的安全。当掘进通过掌子面和洞顶大规模塌方的隧洞段时,这些措施被证明是安全和省时的。
In this paper, a set of constructional countermeasures are focused when tunnel face out-burst and rooffall happen during tunnel construction in the Shanxi Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project. Blockading the collapsed face by back-filling with stone muck and then shotcreting, pipe-roofing with N51 type rock bolts and high pressure fracturing grouting are applied as pre-support to secure surrounding loose rock.In new round tunneling, I-type steel gird support with wire-mesh and shotcrete,as well as consolidation grouting through guide pipe are further used to safeguard workers and construction equipments. These measures are proved to be safe and time-saving when driving through the tunnel sections with massive collapse from tunnel face and crown.
