摘要
流域上游具有一定调蓄能力的水库建成后,将对下游工程的设计洪水产生较大影响。文中对沁河流域杜河水电站天然设计洪水和受张峰水库影响后的设计洪水分别进行了计算,并定量分析了上游张峰水库对杜河水电站洪水的削减作用及削减洪峰的程度,通过分析比较后最终确定了杜河水电站设计洪水成果。
After the completion of the upstream reservoir in the basin with a certain flood regulating capacity, its regulation effect will greatly have influence on the design floods of the downsream project. In the paper the natural design floods for the Duhe Hydropower Station in the Qinhe basin and the design floods under the impact of the Zhangfeng reservoir is separately calculated; the effect of the Zhangfeng reservoir in the upstream on the design floods and the degree of the flood peak clipping for the Duhe Hydropower Station is quantitatively analyzed, and ultimately the results of the design floods are determined.
