百公里汾河治理与生态修复襄汾县段一期工程设计概述

Design Overview of the First-stage Project of Xiangfen Section Belongs to Hundred Miles of the Fenhe River Watercourse Treatment and Ecological Restoration Project

百公里汾河治理与生态修复襄汾县段一期工程包括襄汾上游段和襄汾县城区段,治理范围北起尧都区与襄汾县交界处,南至襄汾县城已建工程2#橡胶坝下游1.44 km处,治理长度20.3 km。文中叙述了工程现状及存在的问题、设计理念及治理目标、防洪标准、主要建筑物的设计等内容。工程实施后提高了治理段防洪标准,满足两岸农业灌溉需求,沿河两岸绿化美化,打造绿色生态带,改善了居民的生活环境。

The First-stage project of Xiangfen section which belongs to hundred miles of the Fenhe river watercourse treatment and ecological restoration project includes upstream section and the Xiangfen county section. The treatment range is from the border of Yaodu district and Xiangfen county in the north to 1.44km away from downstream of 2# rubber dam in constructed project of Xiangfen county in the south. The treatment length is 20.3 km. The project actuality and existing problems, the design philosophy and treatment goals, flood control standard and the main building design were introduced in this research. The implementation of this project has raised the flood control standard of the treatment section and satisfied the irrigation demand on both sides of the river. Both sides of the river could be afforested, and the green ecological zone could be established to improve the residents＇ living environment.
