摘要
NADPH氧化酶是唯一一类以生成活性氧类物质为主要功能的酶类,目前共发现7种亚型,心血管系统表达其中4种。NADPH氧化酶参与心脏和血管生理与病理过程的调节,如细胞增殖、迁移、细胞肥大、凋亡和细胞外基质重构等。本文较系统的综述NADPH氧化酶在常见心血管疾病包括心力衰竭、冠心病、高血压病和心律失常中的表达与作用,以期为临床抗氧化治疗提供帮助。
The NADPH oxidase (Nox) is the only known enzyme with the sole function to produce reactive oxygen species (ROS). Seven family members have been identified, and four of them are expressed in the cardiovascular system. Nox perform an important role in regulation of the physical and pathological process in cardiovascular system, such as cell proliferation, migration, cell hypertrophy, apoptosis and remodeling of extracellular matrix. Here we review the recent progress in the expression and function of Nox in common cardiovascular diseases, including heart failure, coronary heart disease, hypertension and cardiac arrhythmia, thus to provide some help for clinical antioxidant therapy.
