综合护理干预对直肠癌Miles术后患者造口自主护理能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the self- care ability and quality of life of rectal cancer patients after Miles operation

目的:探讨综合护理干预对经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术(Miles术)患者造口自主护理能力及生活质量的影响。方法:将156例行Miles术的直肠癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各78例,对照组行常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预。6个月后比较两组患者造口自主护理能力评分、生活质量评分、并发症发生情况、患者满意率。结果:6个月后两组患者造口自主护理能力评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组干预后造口自主护理能力评分显著高于对照组干预后(P<0.01);两组患者生活质量评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组干预后生活质量评分显著高于对照组干预后(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);随访6个月观察组患者满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可以有效提高直肠癌Miles术后患者的造口自主护理能力,改善患者的生活质量,减少并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the self - care ability and quality of life of rectal cancer patients after Miles operation. Methods：IS6 rectal cancer patients who underwent Miles operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （78 eases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the observation group were additionally provided comprehensive nursing intervention. After 6 months, the scores of self - care a- bility and quality of life of the patients, the incidence of complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Re- sults：The scores of patient~ self- care ability were significantly higher after the intervention for 6 months than those before the intervention in the two groups and the scores of patients self -care ability were higher in the obseIvation group than the control group after the interven- tion （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the scores of quality of life of the patients were significantly higher after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups and the scores were higher in the observation group than the control group after the intervention（ P 〈 0.01）;the incidence of complications was significantly lower in the observation group than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the satisfaction rate of the patients was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group after follow - up for 6 months （ P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion ： The comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life and satisfaction rate of rectal cancer patients after Miles operation and reduce the incidence of complications as well.
