The definition of the scientific research data management and its main links were deeply discussed by this paper.It also summarizes the main characteristics of the research data management, and analyzes the relationship between the management and subject librarians. Taking the whole life cycle of the research data as the main line, each part of the work contents and ways of librarian were deeply discussed. The paper tries to provide some reference for subject librarians in their actual work.
