摘要
当前,医疗纠纷是大部分医院经常面临的问题,但是我国的医疗纠纷仲裁机制却还存在诸多问题。因此,医疗纠纷成了民众关注的重要社会问题。本文对构建医疗纠纷仲裁机制的可行性进行了分析,并提出了构建完善医疗纠纷仲裁机制的建议,以期对解决医疗纠纷问题有一定帮助。
Currently, most of the hospital medical disputes are often faced with the problem, but our medical dispute arbitration mechanism are still many problems. Therefore, the medical dispute became public concern important social issues. In this paper, the feasibility of constructing medical dispute arbitration mechanism were analyzed, and recommendations to build a sound medical dispute arbitration mechanism in order to resolve medical disputes have some help.
