The Research on Hospital Network Fine Attendance Management

如今很多医院均实行信息化管理,网络考勤是信息化管理模式中必不可少的部分,而提高网络考勤效率要通过精细化管理。本文通过比较常规网络考勤与精细化考勤的差别,表明精细化考勤的优势为将网络考勤、指纹考勤和人工监督相结合达到多效合一的效果,充分实现了考勤管理的公平、精准、高效,提高了员工的满意度。

Nowadays, a number of hospitals implement the information management. The network attendance Management plays an importantant role in it. The key to improve the efficiency of Network Attendance Management relies on the fine management .In this study ,we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of network attendance management with fine or ordinary network attendance management, It suggested that the advantage of network attendance management with fine management is the combination of the ordinary network attendance management,the fingerprint attendance and manual supervision. In this way , the fairness,accuracy and efficiency of attendance management is guaranteed and the satisfaction of the employee is also improved.
