常规心电图和高频心电图在隐匿型冠心病诊断中的临床价值研究

The Clinical Significance of ECG and High Frequency ECG in the Diagnosis of Occult Coronary Artery Disease

目的探讨常规心电图及高频心电图在隐匿型冠心病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取疑似隐匿型冠心病患者35例,对以上患者分别采用常规心电图、高频心电图进行检查,对比两组诊断结果。结果经冠状动脉造影,30例为隐匿性冠心病,其余5例为阴性;常规心电图敏感度80.0%,特异度60.0%;高频心电图敏感度93.3%,特异度80.0%,高频心电图敏感度及特异度高于常规心电图(P<0.05)。结论高频心电图同常规心电图相比,在诊断隐匿型冠心病中更具准确性,临床中可根据患者症状采用合适诊断方式,提升诊断准确率。

Objective To investigate the clinical application value of routine electrocardiogram and high frequency electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of occult coronary artery disease.Methods35 patients with suspected occult coronary heart disease were selected, and compared with the results of two groups of patients with conventional ECG and high frequency ECG.Results By coronary arteriography, 30 cases of occult coronary heart disease, the other 5 cases was negative; routine ECG sensitivity 80.0%, specificity was 60.0%,high frequency ECG sensitivity of 93.3%, specificity 80.0%, the sensitivity and specificity of high frequency electrocardiogram was significantly higher than that of routine electrocardiogram（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Compared with conventional ECG, high frequency ECG is more accurate in diagnosis of occult coronary heart disease, and can be used to improve the diagnostic accuracy in clinical diagnosis.
