膝关节多韧带损伤采用关节镜结合有限切开治疗的效果探究

Knee Ligament Damage Using Arthroscopy Combined With the Limited Open Treatment

目的：探讨关节镜结合有限切开在治疗膝关节多功能损伤中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年2月-2014年4月收治的膝关节多韧带损伤患者35例，均给予关节镜结合有限切开手术治疗，观察记录患者Lysholm评分、Tegner评分及主动关节活动范围，记录患者治疗效果。结果35例患者中，治疗后临床症状均明显好转，31例患者基本实现生活自理，且治疗后患者Lysholm评分、Tegner评分及主动关节活动范围改善情况均优于治疗前，两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论膝关节多韧带损伤采用关节镜结合有限切开治疗效果显著，具有较高应用价值。

Objective To investigate arthroscopic combined with limited incision in the treatment of knee injury versatile application effect.MethodsA hospital in February 2013-April 2014 more than the patient＇s knee ligament injury, 35 patients were treated, were given combined with limited incision arthroscopic surgery, patients were recorded Lysholm score, Tegner score and active range of motion, record patient outcomes.Results 35 patients, clinical symptoms were significantly improved, 31 patients basicaly self-care, and treatment of patients Lysholm score, Tegner score and active range of motion to improve the situation were better than before treatment, the two sets of data were significantly different （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Multi knee ligament injury combined with limited incision arthroscopic significant treatment effect, with a higher value.
