纤维支气管镜在ICU患者气道管理中的应用

Application of Fiber Bronchoscopy in Airway Management of Patients With ICU

目的探讨纤维支气管镜在ICU患者气道管理中的应用价值。方法随机抽取我院ICU危重患者104例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者实施常规人工气道管理,对照组患者在常规气道管理的基础上运用纤维支气管镜辅助管理气道,比较两组患者的气道管理疗效。结果两组患者经过对应治疗,对照组的治疗有效率为92.3%,高于观察组的76.92%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜配合人工气道管理,可提高气道分泌物清除率,保证呼吸道通畅,提升气道管理疗效,对预防及治疗肺部感染具有重要应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of the fiber bronchoscopy in the airway management of patients with ICU.Methods104 patients with ICU in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with the conventional airway management.ResultsTwo groups of patients after treatment, the effective rate was 92.3%, the control group was significantly higher than the observation group 76.92%, the difference was statisticaly significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Combined with artificial airway management, fiber bronchoscopy can improve airway secretion clearance, ensure airway patency, improve airway management efficacy. It has important application value for prevention and treatment of pulmonary infection.
