无创通气治疗重症哮喘的效果研究

Study on Effect of Non-invasive Ventilation Treatment for Patients With Severe Asthma

目的：研究无创通气治疗重症哮喘的效果。方法研究对象取2014年4月-2015年4月本院重症哮喘44例，依照治疗方式差异进行分组。对照组22例，施行常规治疗；余22例入组实验组，施行无创通气治疗。观察疗效，予以组间分析比较。结果组间相比，实验组血气分析各项指标及肺功能指标改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）。结论无创通气治疗重症哮喘效果佳，血气分析及肺功能改善显著。

Objective Non-invasive ventilation treatment effect for patients with severe asthma is to be studied.MethodsChoose 44 patients with severe asthma who are treated in hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 and separate them into groups according to different treatment methods; 22 patients in control group are given conventional treatment and 22 patients in study group are given non-invasive ventilation treatment; and then observe patients’ treatment effects between two groups.Results Patients’ blood circulation as well as their lung function indicator are improved better in study group, there is a differential between two groups （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Non-invasive ventilation treatment is quite effective for patients with severe asthma; it is conducive to improving patients’ blood circulation as well as their lung function.
