观察分析脊柱外固定器撑开复位结合椎体成形修复骨质疏松性椎体骨折的临床效果

Observation and Analysis of Spinal External Fixator Distraction Reduction Combined With Vertebroplasty in Clinical Treatment of Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures

目的观察脊柱外固定器撑开复位结合椎体成形修复骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的疗效。方法选择50例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的临床资料。结果患者的目测类比评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数、椎体高度等指标均优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折采取脊柱外固定器撑开复位结合椎体成形修复能够获得显著疗效。

ObjectiveTo observe spinal external fixation distraction reduction combined with vertebral forming repair osteoporotic vertebral fractures in patients with curative effect.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fractures were selected.ResultsPatients with visual analogue score, Oswestry disability index, vertebral height index were therapy is better than before （P 〈 0.05）. ConclusionThe treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture by external spinal fixator distraction reduction combined with vertebral forming restoration can get remarkable curative effect.
