摘要
目的评价卡维地洛(Chronic Heart Failure,CHF)治疗慢性心力衰竭临床疗效。方法入选患者80例,采用卡维地洛治疗40例纳入观察组,采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗40例纳入对照组。结果观察组稳定血压、血压达标时间低于对照组,观察组8周后BNP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡维地洛治疗CHF疗效更好。
Objective Evaluation of clinical efficacy of carvedilol in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods The 80 patients were enroled,Using carvedilol or metoprolol tartrate treatment, and included in the observation group,the control group.ResultsThe stable blood pressure and blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 8 weeks, the BNP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion the curative effect of carvedilol in the treatment of CHF better.
