2013年与2014年长风社区老年人中医体质分型宣教干预情况分析

Education and Intervention to Old People,According to Their Types of Chinese Traditional Medical Constitution in Changfeng Community From 2013 to 2014

目的通过对上海市普陀区长风街道老年人群中医体质辨识,采取针对性干预措施并对干预效果进行评估,为社区居民的中医养生保健提供科学依据。方法对2013年、2014年长风社区参与健康体检65岁以上老年人进行中医体质辨识和中医干预(饮食药膳建议、运动处方等),采用问卷调查方法收集对象健康状况,采用χ2检验和t检验进行比较分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果本调查中平和质占检测总数33.3%;阳虚质占检测总数14.6%;阴虚质占检测总数13.6%;痰湿质检测总数18.9%;气虚质占检测总数3.8%;湿热质占检测总数5.9%;血瘀质占检测总数2.1%;气郁质占检测总数5.2%;特禀质占检测总数2.6%。结论根据中医体质采取有针对性的中医干预对辖区中老年居民健康状况改善取得较好的效果,尤其是对偏颇体质的改善更为明显。

Objective As different Chinese traditional medical constitution of old people in Changfeng, Putuo Area, old people get relevant education and intervention. Final, result is evaluated and provided evidence for Chinese traditional protection.Methods Through physical examination questionnaire from 2013 to 2014, the information of Chinese traditional medical constitution of the old people who are above 65 years old is colected. According to their different constitution, they take relevant education and intervention, for example, Medicated diet advice and exercise prescription. As a result, the difference is significant （P〈 0.05）.Results Medium constitution accounted for 33.3% , Yang deficiency constitution accounted for 14.6% ,Yin deficiency accounted for 13.6% , Phlegm and dampness detection constitution accounted for 18.9%, Qi deficiency constitution accounted for 3.8, Heat dampness constitution accounted for 5.9% , Blood stasis constitution accounted for 2.1% , Qi stagnation constitution accounted for 5.2% and special intrinsic constitution accounted for 2.6%.Conclusion It is obviously effective that old people take relevant education and intervention, according to their different Chinese traditional medical constitution, especialy for biased constitution.
