摘要
目的：进一步对脑血栓病患者采用中医治疗的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取我院于2012年10月-2014年10月收治的162例脑血栓病患者，分为对照组和观察组，分别采用西药以及中药进行治疗，观察患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原、血小板聚集率等指标的变化情况。结果经治疗后，观察组患者血液流变学指标改善情况较对照组明显，两组差异明显（P 〈0.05）。结论在脑血栓病患者的治疗过程中，联合中医中药能够有效改善患者血液流变学指标，提高其治疗效果，促进患者康复进程，在临床上具有极为重要的意义。
Objective To further the effect of thrombosis in patients with the use of Chinese medicine treatment for analysis and discussion.MethodsA hospital in October 2012 -2014 treated 162 cases during October thrombosis patients, divided into a control group and the observation group were treated using Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, observe the patient＇s whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity , changes in hematocrit, fibrinogen, platelet aggregation and other indicators.Results After treatment, the patients in the observation group hemorheology improvement than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion In patients with thrombosis of the treatment process, the joint Chinese medicine can effectively improve patient hemorheology, improve their therapeutic effect, promote the rehabilitation process of patients, is extremely important in the clinical setting, the future worthy of promotion and application.
