摘要
目的探讨3种常用尿检方法检测尿标本中红细胞的作用和价值。方法收集5 000例患者分别进行显微镜检测、干化学分析仪及UF-1000i尿液流式细胞分析仪。结果 UF-1000i尿液流式细胞分析仪的检测结果与干化学分析仪的检测结果相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 3种方法对尿中红细胞的检测结果存在差异,干化学法和流式细胞分析法易出现假阴性和假阳性,建议3种方法联合应用,以提高尿中红细胞的阳性检出率。
Objective To study the three kinds of commonly used urine tests to detect the role and value of red blood cels in urine specimens.Methods5 000 cases were patients with microscopic examination, chemical analyzer, and UF-1000i urine flow cytometer.ResultsTest results of urine flow cytometry UF-1000i analyzer and chemical analyzer test results compared, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The three methods differ on the test results in red blood cels in urine, dry chemical and flow cytometry prone to false negatives and false positives, it recommends three methods in combination, to enhance red blood cels urine positive rate.
