摘要
目的探讨肾细胞癌的超声声像图特点,进一步提高对本病的检出和诊断率。方法对经手术和病理证实26例肾细胞癌的超声声像图特点进行回顾性分析。结果肾细胞癌多数体积较小,边界清,向外突出引起肾脏形态改变,内部血流信号丰富,肿瘤回声多样,呈低回声、中等回声、中强回声或混合回声。结论随着超声仪器分辨率的提高,对无症状肾肿瘤特点的认识也不断提高,在大量健康人群进行体格检查中,超声是发现肾细胞癌的重要手段。
ObjectiveTo investigate the ultrasound sonogram characteristics of renal cel carcinoma,and further improve the rate of detection and diagnosis of this disease.MethodsThe ultrasond sonogram characteristics of 26 patients who have been confirmed to get renal cel carcinoma by operation or pathology were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsMost of the renal cel carcinomas are smaler cels with border clearance,protruding outside to cause kidney changes of shape,its abundant in internal flow signals and various tumor echoes,including hypoechoic isoechoic.Conclusion With the improvement of ultrasonic instrument resolution ratio,the understanding of asymptomatic renal tumor characteristics has been continuously improving,in the medical examination of a 1arge number of healthy peopIe,ultrasound is an important means to diagnose renal cel carcinoma.
