经腹超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值研究

Value of Abdominal Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

目的：探讨经腹部超声对早期异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2013年8月-2014年12月经我院诊断为异位妊娠的38例患者，分析其腹部超声影像资料。结果38例患者经彩色多普勒超声诊断为早期异位妊娠，超声检查的结果与手术结果一致，由此可证超声在诊断早期异位妊娠患者的临床可行性和准确性。结论应用超声诊断异位妊娠具有较早发现未破裂的小型包块的特点，能够科学准确的诊断早期异位妊娠患者，为早期治疗提供重要的临床依据，具有宝贵的价值。

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic value of abdominal ultrasound in early ectopic pregnancy.MethodsA retrospective analysis of 38 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from August 2013 to, 12 patients with ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed.Results 38 patients by color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy and results of ultrasonography and surgical results are consistent. Therefore, the clinical feasibility and accuracy of ultrasound in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy patients.Conclusion Application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy has found earlier unruptured smal package block characteristics, can be scientific and accurate diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy patients, in order to provide the clinical basis for early treatment, has precious value.
