探讨B超检查对孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值及影响

Investigate the Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound Examination for Fetal Malformation During Pregnancy

目的：探讨B超检查对孕期胎儿畸形的诊断价值。方法对我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的261例孕妇予以研究，比较B超检测出的胎儿畸形率与胎儿娩出后的畸形率，了解胎儿畸形的误诊率。结果261例孕妇中，10例孕妇胎儿伴有可疑畸形，检出率是3.8%。这些孕妇分娩之后，发现有1例畸形胎儿被漏诊，漏诊率为0.4%。结论对孕妇实施B超检查，能够显著提高胎儿畸形诊断率，并且减少胎儿畸形的误诊率与漏诊率。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of fetal malformation during pregnancy.Methods 261 cases of pregnant women treated in our hospital in May 2013 and May 2015 be studied, compared with B ultrasonography detection rate of fetal malformation and after delivery of fetus malformation rate, understand the misdiagnosis rate of fetal malformation.Results261 cases of pregnant women, 10 cases of pregnant women with suspicious malformation, the detection rate is 3.8%. After delivery, these pregnant women found that 1 cases of fetal malformation were missed diagnosis, missed diagnosis rate of 0.4%.Conclusion It can significantly improve the diagnostic rate of fetal malformation and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rate, which is very high in clinical application.
