摘要
目的:分析手术室腔镜器械两种清洗消毒灭菌的实施效果。方法将2012年2月-2015年3月我院经有效清洗流程处理的180例腔镜手术中使用器械,采用电脑分组法将其均分成观察组90件以及对照组90件。其中观察组采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器灭菌;对照组采用戊二醛溶液浸泡消毒。对比分析两种不同方式的消毒效果。结果观察组灭菌有效时间为90 d,对照组灭菌时间为1 d。同时观察组灭菌有效率为97.8%(88/90);对照组灭菌有效率为88.9%(80/90);两组间比较差异显著(P 〈0.05)。结论在对手术室腹腔镜器械灭菌时选择采用过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌器灭菌效果较好,灭菌时间长。
ObjectiveTo analyze the effect of operation room two endoscopic equipment cleaning and disinfection sterilization.MethodsFebruary 2012-March 2015 period in our hospital by effective cleaning process of 180 cases of endoscopic surgery using the instrument, using computer grouping method which were divided into the observation group 90 cases and control group of 90 cases. The observation group uses the low-temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer; the control group using glutaraldehyde immersion disinfection. Comparative analysis of two different ways of disinfection effect.ResultsThe effective time of the observation group was 90 d, and the control group was 1 d. At the same time, the sterilization efficiency of the observation group was 97.8% (88/90), and the control group was 88.9% (80/90), and the difference between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.05).Conclusion In to surgery laparoscopic surgical instruments sterilization choose to use hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilization effect better, sterilization time long, widely used.
