摘要
目的观察MMPs各亚型在兔前交叉韧带切断的骨关节炎模型中的表达。方法将35只日本大耳白兔右膝行ACLT,对侧作为空白对照。另取5只日本大耳白兔仅行右膝关节切开术作为假手术组。结果 ACLT组关节软骨和滑膜中MMP-1、MMP-3、MMP-13早期均为高表达,中晚期表达趋势不同。假手术组及空白对照组软骨及滑膜中几乎不表达MMP-1、MMP-3及MMP-13。结论 MMPs在OA的发病机制中有重要作用,MMPs各亚型在OA进程中的表达各不相同,滑膜在OA的发生过程中早期有降解软骨的作用。
Objective To study the expression of MMPs in the model of osteoarthritis of the anterior cruciate ligament in rabbits.Methods 35 Japanese white rabbits right knee was ACLT, and the other side was control. Another 5 rabbits underwent right knee incision as sham operation group. Results MMPs in the articular cartilage and synovial membrane of the ACLT group were highly expressed, and the expression of the middle and late stage was different.And in the other two groups,there were almost no expression.ConclusionMMPs plays an important role in the pathogenesis of OA,the expression of MMPs isoforms in the OA process is different,In the early stage of OA, the function of the synovial membrane is degraded.
