腹腔镜下良性卵巢瘤切除护理体会

Nursing Experience of Laparoscopic Benign Ovarian Tumor Resection

目的：研究腹腔镜下良性卵巢瘤切除术的护理操作。方法我院选择2013年8月-2015年8月诊治的80例卵巢良性肿瘤患者，所选的患者均在腹腔镜下实施肿瘤切除手术，对其实施护理措施。结果对良性卵巢肿瘤腹腔镜下实施手术切除患者进行全面的护理措施，患者的治疗效果显著，术后下床活动时间缩短，住院时间缩短。结论卵巢切除术患者在腹腔镜下实施手术具有腹部切口小，创伤小，住院时间短，在手术前后对患者实施正确的护理和指导，有助于患者尽快恢复健康。

Objective To study the nursing care of laparoscopic benign ovarian tumor resection.Methods 80 cases of ovarian benign tumor patients, who were treated in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015, were selected. The patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery, and the nursing measures were implemented.Results Al the patients were treated with laparoscopic surgery for benign ovarian tumors. The treatment effect was significant, the activity of the bed was shortened and the length of hospital stay was shortened. ConclusionOphorectomy patients in laparoscopic operation has smal abdominal incision, smal trauma, shorter hospitalization time, in before and after operation on patients with the implementation of the right care and guidance, in patients recover as soon as possible.
