100例新生儿湿疹护理体会

Nursing Experience in 100 Cases of Newborn Eczema

目的：探讨新生儿湿疹的护理方法。方法选取2013年1月-2015年1月在本院就诊的100例湿疹患儿，对其进行护理干预，对治疗结果进行分析和总结。结果通过对湿疹患儿进行护理干预，获得了较为满意的结果，显效54例（54%）、有效42例（42%）、无效4例（4%），总有效率96%。结论对湿疹患儿进行护理干预，可以有效防治新生儿湿疹，提高患儿的生活质量及患者家属对护理的满意度，对于行之有效的护理方法，护理人员应及时总结并加以推广和普及。

ObjectiveTo discuss the nursing methods of newborn eczema. Methods To select 100 cases of children with eczema from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, nursing intervention on them, the treatment results were analyzed and summarized. ResultsThrough nursing intervention on children with eczema, satisfactory results are obtained, excelent in 54 cases （54%）, effective in 42 cases （42%）, invalid in 4 cases （4%）, the total efficiency is 96%. Conclusion Nursing intervention on children with eczema can effectively prevent newborn eczema, improve the life quality of children and relatives of patients for nursing satisfaction. Nursing personnel should timely summarize, generalize and popularize effective nursing method.
