摘要
目的：观察分析无痛宫腔镜检查术的围术期护理要点。方法选择我院2014年3月-2015年3月收治的接受宫腔镜检查的患者72例，对其临床护理资料进行回顾性整理。结果72例患者均顺利完成检查，术毕2-10 min内完全清醒，未发生任何无不适及并发症。结论对行无痛宫腔镜检查术的患者实施针对性的围术期护理，可以显著提高检查成功率，减少术后并发症的发生。
Objective To observe and analyze the key points of perioperative nursing of painless hysteroscopy.Methods 72 cases of patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were treated with hysteroscopy, and the clinical nursing data were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAl the 72 patients were successfuly completed the examination, and the 2-10 min was completely awake, without any discomfort and complications.Conclusion Patients in painless hysteroscopy surgery implementation in the peri operative nursing can significantly improve the success rate of inspection, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
