摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在B超引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术的围手术期的护理观察。方法选取我院收治240例慢性乙肝病毒携带者,随机分成对照组和观察组,观察临床护理路径在B超引导下经皮肝穿刺活检术的围手术期的护理效果。结果两组的穿刺活检术成功率比较没有明显差异(P>0.05),观察组的局部疼痛、腹腔积液、腹腔出血、胸闷气喘发生率低于对照组,其中局部疼痛、腹腔积液及胸闷气喘两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径在B超引导下肝穿刺活检术的围手术期护理中发挥重要作用,是顺利进行肝穿刺活检成功的保障。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing path under ultrasound guided percutaneous liver biopsy of perioperative nursing observation.Methods We selected 240 cases of HBV carriers from our hospital, randomly divided into control group and observation group, to observe the clinical nursing path under ultrasound guided percutaneous liver biopsy of perioperative nursing effect. Results Biopsy success rate of two groups was no significant difference （P〉 0.05）, observation group of local pain, abdominal cavity effusion, abdominal bleeding, bosom is frowsty asthma incidence significantly lower than the control group.The local pain, abdominal cavity effusion and bosom frowsty asthma in the two groups are statistically significant （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing path under ultrasound guided liver biopsy of perioperative nursing is important, is the guarantee of success for a liver biopsy.
