长期留置双腔静脉导管血液透析患者的全程护理干预效果观察

Long-term Indwelling Double Lumen Catheter Nursing Intervention in the Whole Process of the Hemodialysis Patients

目的观察全程护理对长期留置双腔静脉导管血液透析患者的干预效果。方法选取长期留置双腔静脉导管血液透析患者74例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组,两组各37例,对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组给予全程护理干预,比较两组患者的护理干预效果。结果实验组血液透析次数、透析血量均优于对照组(P<0.01);血液不畅、栓塞情况均少于对照组(P<0.05);且护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论给予长期留置双腔静脉导管血液透析患者全程护理干预可显著延长双腔静脉导管的留置时间,同时可减少并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the whole nursing care for long-term indweling double lumen catheter intervention effect of hemodialysis patients. Methods To choose long-term indweling double lumen catheter hemodialysis patients 74 cases as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, two groups of the 37 cases, control group given routine nursing intervention, the experimental group to give the whole nursing intervention, the nursing intervention effect of two groups were compared.Results The number of blood dialysis, dialysis, blood volume were significantly better than that of control group （P〈 0.01）. Poor blood, embolism were significantly less than the control group （P〈 0.05）.And nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈 0.01）.Conclusion Long-term indweling double lumen catheter hemodialysis patients＇ whole nursing intervention can significantly prolong double lumen catheter indweling time, at the same time can reduce complications, improve patient satisfaction with care.
