摘要 目的:对鸡蛋花中15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷进行含量测定。方法:采用HPLC,使用Kromasil-C18柱(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸水(8∶92),流速1.0 m L/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:210 nm。结果:15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷进样量在0.257~2.575μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=6),高、中、低浓度组的平均加样回收率分别为104.02%,103.93%,102.01%,RSD%分别为0.72%、0.56%、1.71%。结论:该方法能准确测定鸡蛋花中15-去甲基鸡蛋花苷的含量。 Objective: To determinate the content of 15-to methyl frangipani glycosides in Plumeria rubra. Method: The HPLC separation was carried out on an Agilent C18 column (250×4.6 mm,5 μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile and water containing 0.5% phosphoric acid (8:92). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min at 30℃, and the detection wavelength was 210 nm. Results: 15-to methyl frangipani glycosides in the range of 0.257-2.575 μg showed a good linear relationship with its peak area (r=0.9997, n=6); the average recovery of 15-to methyl frangipani glycosides was 104.02%, 103.93%, 102.01% with RSD% of 0. 72%, 0.56%, 1.71%. Conclusion: The method can accurately determine the content of 15-to methyl frangipani glycosides in Plumeria rubra.
