摘要
综述了近年来注射用双黄连的致敏检测方法和致敏物质基础的研究进展,为更合理的开发利用双黄连提供研究思路。认为注射用双黄连剂因临床应用的安全性使其应用收到了很大限制,致敏检测方法的建立和致敏物质基础的研究是解决此问题的关键。
This review summarizes the most recent research progress in sensitization detection method and sensitized material basis of Shuanghuanglian Sterilized Powders for injection, to provide research ideas for the development of more rational use of shuanghuanglian.The author thought that the application of Shuanghuanglian Sterilized Powders for injection is restricted due to its clinical safety. The studies of sensitization detection method and sensitized material basis are the key to solve this promblem.
