摘要
以成都市双流县控规(控制性详细规划)平面坐标系统转换为例,探讨了控规平面坐标转换模型的选取、二维四参数坐标转换模型的精度估算及控规平面坐标转换步骤,通过自定的精度估算数学式以实测数据验证了转换精度良好,利用自行开发的图形坐标转换程序完成控规图形坐标转换,提高了工作效率。
Based on transformation of plane ordinate system in Shuangliu County of Chengdu,the paper studied the selection of transformation model of regulatory plan plane coordinate and the precision assessment of four parameter model of two dimensional and the step of transformation. The author given a mathematic expression relay on the data of measurement to prove the transformation precision was well,and designed a program of coordinate transformation to complete the transformation of regulatory plan,it improved working efficiency.
