摘要
作者应用显微外科技术,在对54只家兔进行自体耳大神经移植修复下齿槽神经缺损的实验研究中,采用聚乙醇酸线(PGA)与尼龙线吻合神经,通过电生理学、组织学及微血管造影等方法,观察、比较两种显微缝接材料对神经纤维及微血管再生的影响。结果表明:PGA 线是一种优于尼龙线的神经显微缝接材料。
The authors evaluate the influence of polyglycolic acid suture(PGA)versus nylon suture materials on regenerating nerve fibers and micrangium by means of electrophysiol-ogle,histologic and microangiographic methods after inferior alveolar nerve anastomosedwith microsurgical technique in 54 rabbits.The results show that suture materials is one of the important factors influencing nervefiber regeneration.PGA suture was characteristic of absorbability gradually,with very mildtissue reactions.Obstruction of regenerating nerve fibers and micrangium due to the degr-adation of PGA suture materials was slight.However,nylon was not absorbed and remainedin the nerve tissue,interfering with the passage of regenerating nerve fibers and micrang-ium.The scar tissue resulted from presence of nylon suture could impede the regrowth ofaxons.PGA suture is believed to have advantages over nylon for microneural repairs.
