摘要
为了贯彻落实《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》制定的"加强网络教学资源体系建设,建立开放灵活的教育资源公共服务平台"的战略任务,教育部组织实施了"国家教育资源公共服务平台"的建设项目。2014年中央电化教育馆在国家教育资源公共服务平台建设了110个专题教育社区,这些专题教育社区初具规模,并取得了很好的建设和培育经验。为了更好地引领和推动专题教育社区建设与应用的科学化、规范化、可持续发展,本研究利用文献研究法、案例研究法、调查研究法、用户体验研究法对110个专题教育社区进行了全面分析研究,从团队建设、社区环境建设、活动设计与实施、资源生成和知识管理等方面归纳总结了专题教育社区建设和发展的实践经验,并依据现代教育理论和学习理论提出了专题教育社区培育与发展的有效策略。
In order to carry out the strategic task of "strengthening the construction of network teaching materials system, building open and flexible public platform of educational resources" which proposed by Outline of National Medium-Term and Long-Term Program for Education Reform and Development (2010-2020), Ministry of Education organized and implemented "National Public Platform of Educational Resources" construction project. National Center for Educational Technology organized community builders to develop 110 special educative communities based on National Public Platform of Educational Resources in 2014; these special educative communities have taken shape and got lots of construction experience at present. In order to guide and promote the scientific, standardization and sustainability of special education communities construction and application, this study makes a comprehensive analysis of 110 special educative communities by literature research method, case method, survey research method, user experience method, summarizes the experience of special education communities from team building, environmental construction of community, design and practice of activity, generation of resource and knowledge management. In the end, this study comes up with effective strategy of special educative communities' progress based on modem educational and learning theory.
