糖化血红蛋白与血清尿酸在2型糖尿病患者中的表达分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)与血清尿酸(UA)在2型糖尿病患者中的表达水平及临床意义。方法检测并分析医院收治的86例2型糖尿病确诊患者(观察组)及同时期门诊80例健康体检者(对照组)的糖化血红蛋白与血清尿酸含量;同时通过测定观察组24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)含量判断肾脏受损情况,将患者分为临床白蛋白尿组及微量白蛋白尿组,比较其Hb A1c与UA含量,并分析两者相关性。结果观察组患者Hb A1c与UA含量分别为(8.68±2.01)%、(368.50±25.65)mmol/L均高于健康对照组(4.35±0.22)%、(125.67±32.18)mmol/L,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组高尿酸血症患者18例远高于对照组5例,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;对于2型糖尿病患者的观察组按UAER含量标准细分后,其临床白蛋白尿组Hb A1c与UA含量高于微量白蛋白尿组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;Pearson相关分析显示UA含量与Hb A1c呈现正相关,r=0.73,P=0.016,差异具有统计学意义。结论 Hb A1c与UA检测对于2型糖尿病患者病情判断以及是否发生早期肾脏损害具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the expression level of clinical signiifcance in glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) and serum uric acid (UA) in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Analyzed the hospital treated 86 patients with diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus ( the observation group) and 80 cases with outpatient health check-up ( the control group ) of glycosylated hemoglobin and serum uric acid levels; At the same time, through the determination of observation group 24 hours urine trace albumin excretion rate ( UAER ) found in the kidney damage, divided the patients into clinical albuminuria group and microalbuminuria, compared their HbA1c and UA content, and analyzed the correlation between the two.Results The observation group of patients with HbA1c and UA content ( 8.68±2.01 ) %, respectively, ( 368.50±25.65 ) mmol/L were higher than that the controls group ( 4.35±0.22 ) % and ( 4.35±32.18 ) mmol/L,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. The observation group of 18 patients with high uric acid hematic disease is far higher than the control group in 5 cases, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The observation of patients with type 2 diabetes group, according to the standard of UAER content after segmentation, the HbA1c and UA content clinical albuminuria group was higher than that of microalbuminuria group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, Pearson correlation analysis showed that UA content was positively related with HbA1c, r=0.73,P=0.016, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion HbA1c and UA testing for type 2 diabetes mellitus patient's condition and judge whether the early kidney damage is of great signiifcance.
