全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常血细胞的检测评估

Evaluation and Detection of Abnormal Blood Cells With Automatic Blood Cell Analyzer

目的探讨Sysmex XE-2 100全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常血细胞的检测评估价值。方法选取480例患者标本分别给予显微镜和全自动血细胞分析仪检测。结果 Sysmex XE-2 100全自动血细胞分析仪对形态异常血细胞检测的灵敏度100%,特异性95.5%;假阳性12.5%,假阴性0.00%;阳性预示值79.1%,阴性预示值100%;检出有效率96.25%。结论 Sysmex XE-2 100全自动血细胞分析仪只能发挥筛选及提示作用,不能完全取代显微镜,临床上应综合应用。

Objective To explore the SysmexXE-2 100 automated hematology analyzer of morphological abnormalities detected assess the value of blood cells.Methods Selected 480 cases were treated with patient specimens microscope and automated hematology analyzer. Results SysmexXE-2 100 automated hematology analyzer for blood cell morphology abnormal detection sensitivity 100%, pecificity 95.5%, 12.5% of false positive and false negative 0.00%, positive predictive value of 79.1%, negative predictive value of 100%, detected in efficiency of 96.25%.Conclusion SysmexXE-2 100 automated hematology analyzer can only play the role of screening and prompt, can not completely replace the microscope, should the comprehensive clinical application.
