目的 探讨影响血常规及尿常规检验结果的因素及其应对方法,减少结果错误或误差的出现.方法 收集我院2014年10月-2015年3月的血常规及尿常规标本,对错误以及不合格的检验结果进行复检和分析.结果 血常规及尿常规检测中结果出现错误或误差的原因主要有：患者自身因素、药物因素、试剂仪器因素以及医生因素等.结论 加强影响血常规及尿常规检验结果的因素分析,才能有效减少检查结果的误差及错误,增加检查结果的准确性和可靠性.

Objective To explore the influence of blood and urine testresults of factors and remedies, minimize the result of errors or errors. Methods Selected blood and urine samples from October 2014 to March 2015 A hospital from of for errors and recheck the test results and analysis failed to explore the factors errors, and failed, and summarize our approach. Results The main reason of results of blood and urine in detecting the presence of error were： patient＇s own factors, drug factors, agent factors and physician factors instrument.Conclusion Strengthen factors affecting blood and urine test results of the analysis, in order to effectively reduce the error and error checking results, increase the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
