术中乳腺肿瘤病理诊断中超声波快速石蜡切片的运用分析

Analysis the Use of Ultrasonic Rapid Paraffin Section in Pathological Diagnosis of Breast Cancer

目的 分析术中乳腺肿瘤病理诊断中采用超声波快速石蜡切片的应用价值.方法 选取2013年5月-2014年5月乳腺肿瘤手术过程中通过超声波快速石蜡切片以及常规石蜡切片进行病理诊断的患者资料54例实施回顾性分析.结果 54例患者的切片病理诊断结果显示为良性病变39例,占总数的72.22%,恶性病变14例,占总数的25.93%,延时诊断1例,占总数的1.85%,诊断准确率为98.15%,没有出现误诊现象.结论 针对术中乳腺肿瘤病理诊断中采取超声波快速石蜡切片具有重要意义,准确率相对较高,操作方式快速可靠.

Objective To analysis the application value of ultrasound in thediagnosis of breast tumor.Methods Selected 54 cases of implementation from May 2013 to May 2014 breast tumor operation process through ultrasonic rapid paraffin sections and routine paraffin sections for pathological diagnosis of patient＇s data of were retrospectively analyzed. Results 54 cases of patients with biopsy pathological diagnosis results show were 39 cases of patients with benign lesions, 72.22% of the total, in patients with malignant lesions in 14 cases, 25.93% percent of the total, and delayed diagnosis in 1 case, total 1.85%. The diagnostic accuracy rate was 98.15%, there was no misdiagnosis phenomenon.Conclusion Intraoperative pathologic diagnosis of breast tumor for take ultrasonic rapid parafifn sections is important, relatively high accuracy and fast and reliable operation.
