摘要
目的探讨三维彩超技术在早中孕胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院超声科1 100例早中孕期妊娠孕妇的临床资料,所有孕妇均行三维彩超进行畸形胎儿筛查。结果本组检出异常胎儿11例,其中先天性心脏病3例,唇裂2例,胎儿颈部水囊瘤1例,输尿管肾盂连接部梗阻1例,脑积水1例,腹裂1例,胎儿水肿1例,多发畸形1例,均经过引产后证实。结论三维彩超用于早中孕期胎儿畸形的筛查,临床价值较高。
Objective To explore the three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound technique in the early second trimester screening for fetal abnormalities in the clinical value for early in pregnancy.Methods Selected 1 100 cases of early second-trimester pregnancy pregnant women were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analyzed in our hospital, the pregnant women underwent three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound for fetal malformation screening.Results In this group of patients,11 cases were abnormal fetus, included 3 cases of congenital heart disease, cleft lip in 2 cases ,nuchal hygroma l example, ureteropelvic junction obstruction l example, hydrocephalus patients l example, l cases of gastroschisis, fetal hydrops in 1 cases of patients, multiple malformations in 1 cases of patients, had been found before birth.Conclusion Three-dimensional color doppler ultrasound for early in the fetal malformation screening has high clinical value for early identiifcation of anomalies in infants.
