摘要
目的分析对于骨关节创伤性疾病使用多层螺旋CT的不同重建方案的诊断意义。方法回顾性分析我院60例骨关节创伤性患者使用多层螺旋CT和二维、三维重建方案CT的不同的特征,分别使用多层螺旋CT不同重建方案显像结果,病理和随访诊断来诊断患者所患的疾病,经诊断与证实来分析骨关节创伤性疾病中使用多层螺旋CT的不同重建方案的重要意义。结果相比于其他的诊断方案,对于骨关节创伤性疾病来说,多层螺旋CT三维重建方案的诊断效果更佳,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论多层螺旋CT能使患骨关节创伤性疾病的患者减缓痛苦,得到及时有效的治疗。
Objective To analysis the bone and joint disease diagnosis of multislice spiral CT use various reconstruction programs.Methods Retrospective analyzed 60 cases of patients with bone and joint two-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT, CT features of three-dimensional reconstruction program in our hospital, and then based on the results of multi-slice spiral CT imaging reconstruction programs for patients with different initial diagnosis, then after the diagnosis conifrmed by pathology and follow-up analyzed of the importance of multi-slice spiral CT for different kinds of programs in bone and joint disease diagnosis. Results Compared to the two-dimensional reconstruction programs, multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction plan better for the diagnosis of bone and joint disease type,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Spiral CT allows people suffering from such disorders receive timely and correct treatment.
