摘要
目的探讨多排螺旋CT对肺类癌的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的25例肺类癌的螺旋CT表现及特征。结果 25例肺类癌患者中,CT表现中央型18例,周围型7例,4例纵膈淋巴转移及远处转移,钙化11例,增强后9例见中等或明显强化,本组16例呈较典型"冰山征"。结论平扫及增强扫描图像后处理技术的联合应用能直观地显示软组织肿块与支气管之间的关系,软组织肿块内特征性钙化,可提高肺类癌诊断能力。
Objective To explore the diagnosis value of multi slice CT in type of pulmonnary carcinoid.Methods Retrospective analyzed 25 patients＇ CT images of performance and characteristics of MSCT diagnosis pulmonnary carcinoid by surgery and pathology.Results 25 cases of pulmonary carcinoid patients, 18 cases of CT manifestations of central type, around 7 cases, 4 cases of mediastinal lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, calciifcation in 11 cases, 9 cases see medium or obvious enhancement, this group of 16 cases of typical ＇iceberg sign＇. Conclusion MSCT scan and enhanced scan image post-processing technology combine application can intuitively showe soft tissue mass with bronchus, the relationship between the characteristic calcification within a soft tissue mass, can improve the ability of lung carcinoid tumor diagnosis.
