2例爆发性糖尿病的诊治与分析

Analysis the Diagnosis and Treatment of 2 Cases With Fulminant Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨爆发性1型糖尿病的临床特点及诊治过程,为爆发性1型糖尿病的诊断与治疗提供参考。方法分析2例爆发性1型糖尿病患者的临床表现、实验室检查、诊断及治疗经过。结果 2例患者经积极治疗后症状改善出院。结论爆发性1型糖尿病起病急,糖尿病酮症酸中毒进展迅速,临床表现多样,应注意完善相关检查及早诊断,胰岛素是治疗的唯一有效药物。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and treatment of fulminant type 1 diabetes, and provide reference of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical manifestation, laboratory examination,diagnosis and treatment of 2 cases with fulminant type 1 diabetes were analyzed.Results Symptoms of 2 patients improved and they were out of hospital after positive treatment.Conclusion It should be paid to perfect the relevant inspection and early diagnosis that fulminant type 1 diabetes occurs with multiple clinical manifestations and diabetic ketoacidosis progress quickly. Insulin is the only effective drugs for treatment of fulminant type 1 diabetes.
