76例超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗皮脂腺囊肿疗效观察

Observation Curative Effect on 76 Cases of Ultra Pulse Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment Sebaceous Cyst

目的 观察超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗皮脂腺囊肿的临床疗效.方法 选取76例皮脂腺囊肿患者,将1%利多卡因注射液＋0.1 ml盐酸肾上腺素（1：200 000）注射于手术切口,对壁囊立体外围进行麻醉,使用超脉冲二氧化碳激光气化皮肤至囊肿破裂,将囊内分泌物和囊壁摘除,加压按压20 min后,皮缘用整形胶布粘和.结果 超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗皮脂腺囊肿76例全部Ⅰ期愈合,临床治疗有效率100%.术后不良反应有轻度渗出、局部灼痛感,多在3-5天内消失.60%皮损在痂皮脱落后留有暂时性色素沉着,均在3个月内自然消退,所有患者治疗后均无瘢痕、色素脱失等严重不良反应出现.随访时间3-24个月,仅额部1例复发.经相关治疗,1例复发患者得以痊愈.结论 超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗皮脂腺囊肿临床效果好,创伤小,不良反应及复发情况少.

Objective Observation the clinical effect of ultra pulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of sebaceous cyst.Methods Selected 76 cases of sebaceous gland cyst patients, 1% lidocaine injection consisting of adrenaline hydrochloride （ 1：200 000 ） injection in surgical incision, the cyst wall stereo peripheral anesthesia, the use of ultra pulse carbon dioxide laser vaporization to the skin cyst rupture, the sac secretions and cyst wall removed, pressure pressing for 20 minutes after the lfap margin with plastic tape.Results 76 cases of sebaceous cyst were treated by super pulse carbon dioxide laser. The clinical efifcacy was 100%. adverse reactions and recurrence of postoperative adverse reactions with mild exudation, local pain, disappeared within 3 to 5 days. 60% of the lesions after the crusts off leaving a temporary pigmentation, within 3 months naturally subside. After treatment, all patients had no scar, depigmentation and other serious adverse reactions. Follow up time was from 3 to 24 months, and only 1 patient had a recurrence. After treatment, 1 cases of recurrent patients to be cured. Conclusion The clinical effect of super pulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of sebaceous cyst is good, less trauma and adverse reaction and recurrence.
