摘要
目的分析长春西汀与奥扎格雷钠治疗脑梗塞临床价值。方法选取我院收治的48例脑梗塞患者分为两组,各24例。对照组采用奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组采用长春西汀与奥扎格雷钠联合治疗,对比疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的NIHSS评分、治疗有效率对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论脑梗塞患者采用长春西汀联合奥扎格雷钠治疗效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical value of vinpocetine and ozagrel sodium in treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods Selected 48 cases of cerebral infarction in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, each group had 24 cases. The control group were treated with sodium ozagrel treatment, the observation group treated with vinpocetine and ozagrel sodium combined therapy and compared curative effect.Results After treatment, the NIHSS score of two groups,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Cerebral infarction by vinpocetine combined with sodium ozagrel in the treatment effect is remarkable.
