流行性出血热通过利巴韦林注射液治疗的效果分析

Analysis Effect of Ribavirin Injection Treatment Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever

目的研究利巴韦林注射液治疗流行性出血热的临床效果。方法选取80例流行性出血热的患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组采用常规的丹参注射液静脉注射治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上,采用利巴韦林注射液治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组总的治疗有效率高于对照组,观察组发热、尿蛋白、少尿的时间短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,且两组患者都未发生严重的不良反应。结论流行性出血热通过利巴韦林注射液治疗,可提高治疗效果,缩短发热、尿蛋白、少尿的时间。

Objective To study the clinical effect of the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever with the virus.Methods Selected 80 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever patients, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 40 cases, the control group with conventional danshen injection for intravenous injection in the treatment, the observation group on the basis of routine treatment with ribavirin, compared effect of two groups therapeutic.Results The observation group total effective rate of treatment was higher than the control group, the observation group patients with fever, urine protein,less urine time were lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, two groups of patients didn＇t happen serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The epidemic hemorrhagic fever by the treatment of the virus, can improve the treatment effect, shorten the time of fever, urine protein, urine.
