益气养阴法治疗社区获得性肺炎气阴两虚证的临床疗效观察

Observation Curative Clinical Effect of Yiqiyangyin Method in Treatment of Community-acquired Pneumonia With Deficiency of Both Qi and Yin Syndrome

目的 探讨益气养阴法治疗社区获得性肺炎气阴两虚证的临床应用价值.方法 选取我院2013年5月-2015年5月收治的40例社区获得性肺炎气阴两虚型患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例,给予两组患者不同的治疗方式,治疗14天之后,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗组总有效率高于对照组患者,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 社区获得性肺炎患者使用益气养阴法进行治疗,有助于改善气阴两虚的症状,促进早日康复.

Objective To explore the clinical value of yiqiyangyin method in treatment of community-acquired pneumonia with deifciency of bothe qi and yin syndrome.Methods Selected 40 cases with community acquired pneumonia from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 20 cases, given two groups with different treatments, compared with therapeutic effect of two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Community acquired pneumonia patients were treated use the method of replenishing yiqiyangyin method, which improve the symptoms of patients with deifciency of both qi and yin, and promote an early recovery of patients.
