摘要
目的分析真武汤加味对慢性肾小球肾炎的治疗效果。方法将85例患者随机分为两组,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上联合真武汤加味治疗。结果治疗组总有效率89.4%高于对照组总有效率65.8%,治疗组治疗后尿蛋白、血肌酐、尿素氮含量较对照组低,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论真武汤加味治疗慢性肾小球肾炎可取得让人满意效果。
Objective To analysis the effect of Zhenwutangjiawei in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Selected 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group based on the control group conventional therapy added Zhenwutangjiawei to treatment. Results The treatment group total efficiency was 89.4% higher than the control group total efifciency of 65.8%, after treatment the treatment group urine protein, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen content were lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Zhenwutangjiawei in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis achieved satisfactory results.
