探讨心血管内科护理中的不安全因素

To Explore the Unsafe Factors of Nursing in Internal Medicine Department

目的探讨心血管内科护理过程中的不安全因素。对心血管内科护理中所存在的不安全因素进行分析,归纳出相关的防范对策。方法对照组给予常规的护理,研究组在分析对照组的不全因素后,制定相应防范措施后进行护理。结果护理人员、患者及医院是心血管内科护理中的3个不安全因素,并向对应的提出防范对策。结论明确岗位职责、健全规章制度,增强法制观念、规范护理记录,加强技能培训、提高护理水平,改善服务态度、加强护患沟通,改善病房环境、强化安全管理,对有效减少心血管内科护理中的不安全因素至关重要。同时护理人员应积极学习新知识,加强法制观念,提高护理水平和综合素质,强化交流与沟通,重视护理记录的管理及书写,有效减少心血管内科护理中所存在的诸多不安全因素。

Objective To explore the unsafe factors of nursing in the department of internal medicine. Analysis the unsafe factors in cardiovascular internal medicine nursing, and summarizes relevant preventive countermeasures.Methods The control group was given conventional nursing care, patients with the team in patients with nursing is not complete, the analyzed the control group patients after formulate corresponding measures to prevent the nursing.Results Nurses, patients and hospitals were three unsafe factors of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing, and put forward the corresponding prevention countermeasures from three aspects.Conclusion Clear responsibility, perfecting rules and regulations, strengthen the legal awareness, standardize the nursing records, strengthening skill training, improve the level of care, improve service attitude, strengthen communication, nurses and patients, improve the ward environment, strengthening safety management to reduce unsafe factors in the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing care of critical actively learn new knowledge, strengthen the legal system concept, improve the level of care and comprehensive quality, strengthening exchanges and communication, nurses and patients, attaches great importance to the management of nursing records and writing effectively the cardiovascular internal medicine nursing among many unsafe factors existing.
