摘要
目的探讨动态血糖在糖尿病患者血糖监测中的相关护理问题。方法采用TA-DR雷兰皮下动态血糖检测系统对我院823例糖尿病患者进行血糖监测,对所有患者实行特殊护理。结果 823例患者中有5例没有数据,说明植入失败;2例患者未到72 h传感器脱落,无皮肤损伤和局部感染;所有患者均出现皮肤反应症状,未进行特殊处理,在去除传感器后症状好转。结论动态血糖监测时,传感器植入前后的正确护理,可减轻焦虑、疼痛感,增加患者的依从性,加快治疗过程,使患者早日康复。
Objective To explore the nursing problems of glucose monitoring in patient with diabetic for use dynamic condition glucose.Methods The glucose of 823 patients in our hospital was detected by dynamic condition glucose. All the patients were cared by special nursing.Results 5 patients failed to record which meant the sensor of dynamic condition glucose were failed to implant. 2 patients＇ sensor fell up before the 72 hours and no skin injury and local infection happened. All the patients appeared complication on skin and get better after removing sensor without special nursing. Conclusion The right nursing during glucose monitoring could decrease the patients＇ anxiety and pain. It could increase the compliance of patients which make patients recover soon.
