摘要
目的 探讨细节护理在提升门诊输液患者满意度中的应用.方法 选取从2014年6月-2015年6月收治的100例门诊输液患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取细节护理,对比两组护理满意度与输液风险事件发生率.结果 观察组疼痛评分、焦虑评分低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.观察组满意度为96.00%,对照组为76.00%,观察组高于对照组, P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对门诊输液患者采取细节护理,能提升护理满意度,降低输液风险事件发生率.
Objective To explore the details of nursing in promoting the application of the outpatient transfusion patient satisfaction.Methods Selected 100 cases of outpatient transfusion patients from June 2014 to June 2015, randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 50 cases, the control group adopted routine nursing care, the observation group of details to take care, and compared two groups of nursing satisfaction and incidence of transfusion risk events.Results Observation group pain score, anxiety score was lower than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. The observation group of satisfaction was 96.00%, the control group was 96.00%, the observation group was higher than control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Details to take care in patients with outpatient infusion can improve nursing satisfaction, reduce the incidence of transfusion risk events.
